Vegas brings to mind so many things, and not just because Theresa and I are completely addicted to CSI: Las Vegas (the only real CSI by the way). We are stoked to be heading to the city of sin for the Wedding and Portrait Photographer's International (WPPI) conference on Saturday! It should be a long 5 days of learning, networking with other professionals and seeing all the latest greatest new products in the wedding industry. We can wait to get inspired and come back with many new ideas to offer to all our amazing clients. Keep a look out for more posts while we're there....

WeddingWire | Bride's Choice Award 2011
We were super excited, and frankly surprised, when we heard we were awarded with WeddingWire.com's Bride's Choice Award for 2011. We had heard about it but didn't know what it was really about. From WeddingWire's website:
"The WeddingWire Bride's Choice Awards ™ recognizes the top local wedding professionals from the WeddingWire Network that demonstrate excellence in quality, service, responsiveness and professionalism. Unlike other awards in which winners are selected by the organization, the WeddingWire Bride's Choice Awards™ are determined by recent reviews and extensive surveys from over 750,000 WeddingWire newlyweds. The 2011 award recipients represent the top five percent of WeddingWire's vendor community, which consists of over 200,000 local wedding professionals throughout the US and Canada."
So pretty cool!! Looks like we're doing something right :)

Wedding Albums | Venue Showcase
As visual story-teller's we think of our albums as the culmination of a wedding. It's a gorgeous finished printed book of a milestone day in our client's lives. Here's a few shots of a coffee-table style sample book we put together for one of the local Boston wedding venues, Nashoba Valley Winery. Oh and we love the flashy red alligator leather (for our samples anyway).
We opt for the hinged pages so the books lay flat.
