We love getting the emails or calls from our past wedding clients looking for portrait photography. It's not something we really market ourselves for, yet, but we love it! It's such a natural progression for us, in our mission to document the milestone moments of our clients lives.  We shot the wedding of Deanna and Curtis in Monterey, California a few years ago.  Photography is such an amazing thing, I remember specific images from their day with such clarity, truly as if it were yesterday.  I still have so many favorites from their day!  Ok, but fast-forward to today and their gorgeous little girl.  If you look at that first image below and your heart doesn't melt even a little, well you may have something wrong with you (kidding, but see a Dr. anyway).  Take a look at some of the finished products from their shoot:

We received these finished books from the manufacturer and had to tell you about them.  This is a rockin' idea for a few reasons: 1. You get to show off your great engagement photos (yes they will be great); and 2. It's a perfect way to have the memory of all your guests' wishes for you; and 3. Emily + Brian  |  3.12.11

We were excited to photograph Emily and Brian at the Boston Harbor Hotel because what says Boston more than the waterfront and beautiful architecture.  They live in Seattle but came back to Boston where all their families live to celebrate in style.  We really enjoyed how they incorporated great details into the day that reflect their personalities, such as Lego figures for the seating place cards and table names such as 'light saber' (ok we're big Star Wars fans too, come on). 

You all may know that Theresa's background is in cinematography so we decided to put together a little 'Fusion' movie for the wedding, the combination of our favorite still photographs with the addition of a few video clips, to really be able to tell the story of their wedding day in a much more powerful way.  Check it out, and click on the link to watch it on YouTube to see it larger.
