You might remember some of the photos from the National Brain Tumor Society Bike Ride we photographed last month. Here's our previous post. However, Theresa shot a lot of amazing video with the intention of creating a truly powerful fusion (stills + video) movie that helps to give you a real feel for the event. Coming Soon | Our New Identity!!!!
When I write 'Our New Identity' it sounds so dramatic so listen to the following video to get the complete effect:
Ok, good. Now you're with me. We have been working with the super talented people over at The Initial Design to create the beginnings of a new look and brand for our photography business. This has been a long time in the making. It's so exciting we can't wait to unveil what they have come up with!!! (you may want to re-listen to the above video at this point). I'll wait...ok good. It's such a challenge to encapsulate all that is a business into a cohesive idea that translates a message but they have done wonders and we are looking forward to implementing their ideas into so many facets of our business. Keep checking back for the unveiling in the near future!

We're so glad Becca and Jason asked if we could pull off a Photo Booth for their rehearsal night dinner. First and most importantly their guests LOVED it! Ok, at first it was all the young kids, but once all the adults had a cocktail in them it was ON. We were pleasantly surprised at how much fun everyone had with the setup - it was tethered to my laptop so once the guests snapped their own photo, with a remote, the image came up on the laptop for all to see = instant gratification. I think that really helped people get into it once they could see the results and play around and get all sorts of silly. We made prints that evening and had them on a table at the reception the next night for their guests to pick up, overall it was a great success.
