Boston engagement shoot, Public Gardens and Columbus Park | Paige and Joe

The end of a year is always a rush to get as many engagement shoots finished before the cold winter set in. Really glad Paige, Joe and I found a great day last Fall to take advantage of the Public Garden and Christopher Columbus Park. It was a little late for the primo Fall foliage but Boston always delivers :) Probably some of the favorite night images around Columbus Park using the lights on the arches and around the Greenway carousal. Really looking forward to shooting Paige and Joe's wedding this year at the New England Aquarium. Enjoy a few favorites:

2016 Best of Engagements | New England engagement photography

It's not too late for a 'best of' post, right? Good...because this is going to be the first of a few for what was a truly great 2016. Starting off is a small sample of my favorite engagement photos from the last year or so. What I love to do with each couple is ask them to choose a location that has meaning to them. For some, it's where they had their first date. For others it's a favorite hike or favorite part of the city where they spend time together. I believe it's those images that are going to stand the test of time and have significance years down the road. And that's what I want to help create for each of my clients. Add in my authentic, creative and romantic style and it's a recipe for success. So take a look at some favorites :)

Boston College Engagement Shoot | Johanna and Nick

Happy New Year!! Wow, 2017 and I can't believe it. I was lucky to spend my New Year Eve photographing a beautiful wedding and amazing party at the Seaport Hotel. How was yours?

I'll be sharing some favorites from 2016 wedding and engagements shoots soon but wanted to show off this great engagement session as well. I hadn't been back to Boston College in years so I was excited to be back on campus and see all the progress and updates that the college has made. But more important was getting to know Johanna and Nick before their wedding at Elm Bank this coming May. We had a great time walking around, visiting some of their favorite locations and taking advantage of the gorgeous Fall day. They were full of smiles and easy laughter so I know the wedding will be more of the same. Here's a few favorites.
