With my mom's family being from Waltham I have been by Gore Place in Waltham many times over the years. But I didn't know they did weddings until Alexis and Mike found us through our profile on The Knot. So that worked out pretty well! And with an early Spring wedding we didn't get a chance to meet them before the wedding day. However, as soon as we did meet we knew the day would be super relaxed, casual and a ton of fun as well. They had family in from Hawaii that brought some personal touches and unique customs to the day. Gore Place is an amazing historic property and for wedding photography it was perfect to get photos inside the mansion and then in the barn during the reception.
