Warren Conference Center and The Martha Mary Chapel wedding, Boston wedding photographers | the wedding of Jessica and Jon

For a little Saturday morning blogging we're showing off the fun wedding of Jessica and Jon. If you live in the Boston area or New England you might recognize these two from an A&E tv show they were in a year or so ago. Despite what people say I thought it was pretty funny and wish they hadn't lumped it into the 'reality tv' genre. But that's probably a discussion for another time.

Jessy and Jon were referred by some close friends and it was great to get to know them throughout the wedding planning process and their engagement shoot. We did their engagement photos, partially at Jon's tattoo shop and then finished up at Elm Bank in Wellesley. They chose the Warren Conference Center in Ashland for the getting ready and reception portion of the day and the historic Martha Mary Chapel in Sudbury for their ceremony. This was the second time I've had the opportunity to photograph a ceremony at the Martha Mary Chapel and really love the old New England charm. My parents were actually married there back in the 70's and it's become a popular location as a backdrop for movies in the past few years. It's featured in both 'Ghosts of Girlfriends Past' and 'The Invention of Lying', that I can think of off the top of my head. Zukas Hilltop Barn wedding, Boston wedding photographers | the wedding of Kristen and Mike

Between when I first met Kristen and Mike and their wedding they relocated to Texas for work. I think that definitely adds some challenges with the wedding planning but you wouldn't have know from the actual day. Zukas Hilltop Barn is a pretty well oiled machine when it comes to helping their couples achieve their unique wedding vision and making sure the guests are having a blast. And it's another testament to how great the people are at Zukas that they take really good care of the other vendors as well :)
