This wedding was nothing short of amazing. (I'm going to use the word beautiful here a lot so be warned). Beautiful Vermont Fall day, beautiful details (hand-made by the bride), beautiful venue, and the bride and groom we're so bad either!
Riverside Farm in Pittsfield Vermont is pretty much second to none as far as the property is concerned. If you're interested in a rustic wedding, a more rustic elegant wedding, or a wedding where you can incorporate a barn (or in Riverside's case multiple barns) then this is the place for you. Add in some rolling hills, a few stone walls, cute groom and bride's getting ready cottages and a touch of small town charm and you'll be equally as in love with Riverside as we are. But to the wedding day couple - I've know the groom for many years so when they asked if we would photograph their wedding I was as excited as nervous. I think it amps up the pressure a bit because you want to deliver something really special, something really unique. We arrived in Pittsfield early to get started on all the details Abby had designed and made, along with some shots of the venue and all the getting ready fun.
